My heart beats for digital marketing and content creation ​

I am the mother of two bright and happy children: Tómas Daníel and Stefanía Pría. Our family enjoys playing board games, tennis, and engaging in diverse conversation.

I am fluent in Icelandic, Spanish, and English. Also, I have an academic Level 1 in Danish.

I am an FKA - Félag Kvenna í Atvinnulífinu (Association of Women in Business) member.

My journey began with a film studies degree from the prestigious University of Iceland, where I honed my storytelling abilities. Seeking to broaden my horizons, I enrolled in the Web Development Department of the Technical College Reykjavík (vefskolinn.is) in Iceland, where I gained hands-on experience in coding, user interface design, and website optimization. But it wasn't long before I realized that my true passion lay in digital marketing, where I could use my technical skills to drive business results.

Building on my web development foundation, I pursued a degree in Design and Business from the prestigious KEA – Copenhagen School of Design and Technology in Denmark, where I focused on marketing strategy, social media management, and digital advertising.

Throughout my studies, I immersed myself in the latest marketing trends and techniques, constantly seeking out new ways to help businesses connect with their target audience. I also had the opportunity to work with real clients, developing marketing campaigns and measuring their success through data analysis.

To further strengthen my marketing skills, I recently completed a certificate program at Sahara Academy in Iceland, where I gained certifications as a Facebook Ads and Google Ads specialist. This training provided me with a deeper understanding of how to use these powerful platforms to reach and engage target audiences, drive website traffic, and increase conversions.

I gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry during my youth, working for Icehotels, Worldclass, and Gló. I learned to serve with care, work hard during high seasons, and perform well after long shifts. Early leadership positions allowed me to develop essential skills like communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, time management, and empathy. I gained valuable experience as a marketing representative of Hringrás, a waste management solution company in Iceland, and as the Chief Digital Officer at KFUM & KFUK.

As a freelancer, I have built various websites and social media channels.

While living in Denmark I worked at Memorix in 2019, a 3D virtual world solution for Med-Students. I worked as a Motion Graphic designer and content creator for both website and social media, conduction on-location surveys with medical students and data collection for video content creation.

Since 2017, I've been the admin of the Latinos in Iceland group with 16,000 members. My goal is to keep Latinos integrated in the nordic culture and community.

In my spare time, I host Ideas Forge, a podcast on branding and innovation that reflects my passion for exploring bold ideas and turning them into action. I combine expertise in digital marketing with hands-on technical skills, and I have a proven track record of delivering results both independently and collaboratively.
